This tells us we are working towards one thing, even if we don't know it. We are learning more and more how to love each other. Whether we're loving someone by giving them a cold drink on a hot day, or loving your husband or wife, love can be difficult and each time we love someone we're learning.

That is a cool quote. It goes along with the verse in the Gospel of John - "A new command I give to you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another." It was a commandment from Christ to His disciples. Hmm, that tells us something about the importance of love, doesn't it?

It is hard to love people. Christ Himself said it would be. People are different and that breeds hate. But to conquer the darkness of this world, people must love one another as Christ loves us. That is hard work, but it pays off.
