For the quote debates what we're doing right now is one person posts a quote and says a little about what they think of it. Then other people have the chance to post their comments about it and such. After one week the topic will be closed and a new one will be started.

At this point in time we don't have any rules on who gets to start the next one. Though I may have everyone submit the quote they would like to use to either myself or I may appoint someone "Quote Debate Moderator" or something and you would send your quotes to them and they would choose.
